On October 20 2006 @ 15:31, we were dispatched to a MVC with pedestrian struck with a hit and run. Command-90 went on scene with Asst. Chief Kenny Kinsell, 90-19 took command advised EOC Trooper 2 would be utilized. Patient was flown to PRMC. Command went under control @ 15:58 hrs.
