Congratulations go out to Assistant Chief Chris Uibel and his wife Amanda, on the birth of their daughter, Layla Marie Uibel born on April 18th. She arrived at 09:49 hours, weighing 7 lbs., 8 oz, and was 20" long. Again, Congratulations!!!
