At 01:19, the Roxana Fire Co. was alerted to Wires Down at the Intersection of Lighthouse Rd. and Old Mill Bridge Rd. Units arrived on scene to find a single vehicle had struck a utility pole. Vehicle had 2 occupants, and they both refused emergency services.
