House Fire - Vines Creek Rd

At 04:06 stations 84,73,76,90, and medic 105 were alerted for a house fire at 34297 Vines Creek Rd. 84-8 arrived to find a 2 story residential structure with heavy smoke showing. Deputy 84 established command. Ladder 90 responded with a crew of 3 with 90-20 (J.Apgar). Ladder 90 crews laddered side A and C. L-90 crew then conducted the primary search with negative results. Evacuation tones were sounded due to deteriorating conditions and crews went to a defensive attack. Crews battled icy conditions due to the high winds and frigid temps. Situation under control at 06:04.
